Instead of solely changing her diet while we continued to eat poorly, we decided to take on this challenge as a family. We went from eating pork chops, chicken, steak, and all types of seafood and meats from TV dinners to canned raviolis to now enjoying a healthier more electrical high yielding fruit and vegetable diet. As we continue to enjoy this plant-based lifestyle, we realized that we still drank these high inorganic sugar, high preservative, unnatural fruit concentrate juices. So we picked up our first blender and a nut milk bag and started our journey in the juice game. We sat in our kitchen and realized how much our children enjoyed freshly pressed apple juice and we couldn’t keep up with the demand.
